This policy explains what information klaronael.com collects, why it is collected, and what choices you have. It applies to this website only. When you click through to place an order you leave this site and enter a checkout operated by BuyGoods, whose own privacy policy governs everything that happens there.
The short version. We do not take payments, we do not see your card details, and we do not have access to your order record. We collect basic analytics about how pages are used, and we receive your email address only if you choose to send us one.
Information we collect
Information you give us voluntarily
If you email support@klaronael.com, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and the contents of your message. We use this to reply to you and for no other purpose. We do not add enquiry addresses to a marketing list.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, this one records standard technical information when a page loads:
- Your IP address, in truncated or anonymised form where our analytics provider supports it
- Browser type and version, operating system and device category
- The pages you visited, the order you visited them in, and how long you spent
- The referring website or search engine that brought you here
- Approximate geographic region, derived from IP address at country or city level
This information is aggregated and used to understand which content is useful. It is not used to build a profile of you as an individual, and we do not attempt to identify visitors from it.
Cookies and similar technologies

We do not sell, rent or trade personal information. We do not share it with advertisers.
Third parties
Three categories of third party are involved in running this site:
- BuyGoods — the retailer of record for the product. All ordering, payment processing, billing, shipping and order support happens on their systems under their privacy policy. We never receive your payment card information.
- Hosting and analytics providers — process server logs and aggregated usage data on our behalf.
- Google Fonts — typefaces are loaded from Google's servers, which involves your browser making a request to them.
Data retention
Email correspondence is kept for as long as needed to resolve your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you write again about the same matter. Aggregated analytics data is retained for up to 24 months. Server logs are typically retained for 30 to 90 days.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent. Residents of California have specific rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what is collected and the right to request deletion; we do not sell personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of in that respect. Residents of the EEA and UK have rights under the GDPR.
To exercise any of these, email support@klaronael.com. We will respond within 30 days. Requests about your order — address changes, refunds, delivery — must go to BuyGoods, because we do not hold order records.
Children
This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
This site is served over HTTPS. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the limited information we hold. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in practice or law. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be reflected in that date, and continued use of the site after a revision constitutes acceptance of it.
